Provider Guidelines
Effective 1 January 2026 · Version 2.0
Welcome to Seekers & Keepers. These Provider Guidelines set out the standards we ask every provider to uphold when creating a profile, communicating with members, and offering companionship and lifestyle experiences through our platform. They exist to keep our community safe, respectful, and genuinely premium. By listing with us, you agree to read these guidelines in full and to apply them in good faith. Please note that this is demonstration copy prepared for testing and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Eligibility & Verification
Every provider must be a legal adult and must complete our identity verification process before a profile becomes visible. We take verification seriously because it protects you as much as it protects the members you meet. You are responsible for keeping your verification details current and for notifying us promptly if any of your circumstances change.
- You must be at least eighteen years of age and able to demonstrate this with valid government-issued identification.
- You must confirm that you have the legal right to offer the services described in your listing within your state or territory.
- You must not create a profile on behalf of another person, nor allow anyone else to manage your account without our written consent.
- You agree to periodic re-verification requests, which help us maintain trust across the community.
2. Building Your Profile
Your profile is your first impression, and we want it to reflect you honestly and elegantly. Accurate, tasteful listings attract respectful members and reduce misunderstandings later. We ask that all imagery and descriptions be genuinely your own and represent your current appearance and offerings.
- Use recent photographs of yourself and hold the rights to every image you upload.
- Describe your services, availability, and preferences clearly and without exaggeration.
- Keep all content strictly within our safe-for-work presentation standards and avoid explicit material.
- Update your rates, location, and availability whenever they change so members always see accurate information.
Your Rights & Responsibilities
As a provider on Seekers & Keepers, you retain full control over who you engage with and on what terms. We are here to support that independence, not to direct it. In return, we ask that you conduct yourself professionally and honour the commitments you make to members.
3. Your Rights
You are an independent party offering your own services, and your autonomy sits at the heart of how our platform works. You are entitled to fair treatment, transparent policies, and a responsive support team.
- You may decline any booking, enquiry, or member for any lawful reason, at any time.
- You set your own rates, boundaries, schedule, and the nature of the companionship you offer.
- You own the content you create and may request its removal when you close or pause your profile.
- You are entitled to report concerning behaviour and to have that report handled promptly and confidentially.
4. Your Responsibilities
With that independence comes a duty of care towards the members you meet and the wider community. Reliability and honesty are what set our providers apart.
- Honour confirmed arrangements, communicate changes early, and treat every member with courtesy.
- Protect the privacy of members and never share their personal details or images without consent.
- Represent yourself truthfully in every conversation, listing, and message.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your state or territory relating to your services and taxation.
Safety, Conduct & Compliance
Safety underpins everything we do. The guidance below helps you protect your wellbeing while keeping the community free from behaviour that has no place here. We review conduct on an ongoing basis and act decisively when standards are not met.
5. Staying Safe
You know your own situation best, and we encourage you to trust your instincts. These practical measures are offered to support the care you already take.
- Verify member details where you can and keep initial communication within the platform.
- Let a trusted contact know your plans, and choose meeting arrangements you feel comfortable with.
- Never feel obliged to proceed with any engagement that feels unsafe or unclear.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Certain behaviours will lead to immediate review and may result in suspension or permanent removal. These exist to keep the platform lawful and respectful for everyone.
- Any unlawful activity, coercion, harassment, or misrepresentation of who you are.
- Sharing explicit material, or content involving anyone who has not consented.
- Attempting to defraud members or to move payments through channels intended to evade our safeguards.
7. Enforcement & Support
We would always rather resolve a concern than close an account, and most matters are settled through open communication. Where a serious breach occurs, we reserve the right to restrict or end access without notice. Our support team is available to help you understand any decision and to guide you through your options.
